Hoping to find someone who can do this. Or guide me to do it for a fee.

Project : Web based WiFi hotspot-billing system.
Duration: 3 Weeks
Description: Looking to build a custom Web based WiFi Hotspot billing system that grants users Internet access after paying an approved fee.

  1. User connects to WiFi Hotspot.
  2. A captive/landing page is presented to the user with options to login, or buy access.
  3. User selects a package and buys access through payment gateway(to be provided)
  4. User is allowed internet access for the duration purchased.

BACKEND:

  1. Access control for admins
  2. User lists and detail pages showing purchases, connection periods etc.
  3. Dashboard with stats.
  4. Other essential Backend features.

You need to provide more information. Because the device you manage wifi is important. What device do you manage? and Do you have detailed documentation?
