Web App or what is this?

I notice today on Chome a button on the search bar that allow you to setup like an app.

After clicking and setup the icon is added to de dock.

This example is with youtube.

But not all pages are allowed to do this. How can I achieve this?? Does anybody know how to do this? How is called or what do I need? Any help or orientation will be appreciated.

The site needs to be set up as a PWA (Progressive Web App). If you do some research it’s relatively easy to achieve.
