I had dinner with a guy that runs a team of web designers at another company. Wappler came up and he was skeptical of it in comparison to Avada Wordpress Theme. So, I showed him how fast a prototype could be built in Wappler while we sat there eating dinner. : ) He remarked how I did this faster than his team could get Avada and Wordpress setup, customize the theme options, and get the to the point they could actually start creating.

How could anyone compare WordPress + a theme to Wappler. Then again how could anyone profess to be a web developer and the rely on WordPress and one theme as the basis for their business.
Anyway as an aside, What is the collective name for a group of Wappler users?

So, these themes come with builders for Wordpress. For nothing else, search for fusion theme builder. And they’re generally not bad. Just severely bloated and running on top of a bloated system like WP. And they have archaic licensing generally. Why people use them, I don’t know. But, I am finding a lot of younger “developers” are really just WP people with no outside experience. And they have a whole lot of dogma and “best practices” that they talk about intellectually. It is amusing. : )
Yeh, i know a local company who do everything with WP + Divi 2, horrible bloated and slow sites are the result but the average “customer” just base their rating on looks, not performance sadly
