Hi all,
I had a enjoyable Zoom with a new Wappler the other day. He wanted to understand the scope of its capabilities for app development so I offered to show him a project I was working on. It got me thinking that this kind of show+tell could be very useful to others - new members and pros alike. Every day is a school day and there’s always something to learn from others.
Got me thinking about the possibility of members hosting open Zooms, once per week say, where they show their work and answer any questions about implementation, challenges, workarounds, tech stack, etc…
Hah. No marketing involved - I’m a little beyond that in all respects. I truly think it would help both new and experienced users alike. I used to read others’ code submissions many years ago just to learn. That’s not really an option with Wappler.
I ran some webinars a few years ago via twitch which was fun but numbers were a little disappointing. It was very hard work though needing a lot of prep time.
Thanks so much once again scalaris for taking the time to show what wappler can do. I was impressed by its speed and the other features of the app that you showed me. I had many things to asked that time but a bit hesitant to consume more of your time. I would really love to consider wappler as one of my development platforms. I have seen Devexpress XAF and Alpha Anywhere , their features that involves data entry and Searching with out of the box Pivoting feature , Charting and advanced reporting capabilites etc are all great and I know that wappler is still new compared to these platforms but I am hoping many more features will be added in the coming days.
