Wappler won't let delete SC

Wappler won’t allow to delete API workflow.

If I restart Wappler - this workflow just disappears.
Previously I have renamed this action - maybe it’s related.

when this happens, Wappler needs a reboot. (Kill the process). Otherwise new API/Library procedures won’t create properly.
