Wappler Bug Report Template: Add Server Model and Database

As I read through user posts regarding bugs or issues, one thing I see pop up time and time again is a question about what server model or database are you using.

Could we get that info added to the bug template, after Wappler Version and Operating System?

That might save some time for both those posting and those responding.
