In the Structure panel there is no way to add a new element? You can only add elements inside current elements.
Example:
Select a Row element and try adding another Row after it.
I would add these options back to the elements picker panel. Is that a possibility?
Many a time, I have forgotten to select the location of an added element. This new way I am forced to select it.

This was already improved in Wappler 7 beta 3 by adding more quick actions in the structure panel
