What's New

As we are back from our team building week, we are all energized, full with fresh new ideas and ready to rock and roll again! So here is Wappler 7.3.7 with some important fixes and improvements.

We have fixed some issues with the Database Connector and Project Manager as well improved our mobile development with the latest Capacitor version.

Also our code editor is updated to the latest Monaco version 0.54.0 with improved performance and stability.

Wappler Extensibility is also improved with better cleanup after extension uninstall, so all custom installed files from Server Connect and App Connect extensions are removed after the extension uninstall. Also cleanup dependent extensions if main custom extension is removed.

As the new ideas are flowing, stay tuned for upcoming big updates with focus on Server Connect security improvements and Wappler Global options available per project and user wide.

Database Connector

  • When using aggregates and alias return a single field in the table schema output now

Project Manager

  • Do not allow to have spaces in new project path, because they cause a lot of troubles later on build
  • Improved validation and error display of project path field
  • When generating project path based on project name, automatically replace spaces with underscore

Mobile Development

  • Use the latest Capacitor 7.4.3 in new mobile projects,

  • Fix the docker test connection

General

  • Optimized popup dialogs for loading speed
  • Removed beat animation from chat panel history icon

Code Editor

  • Updated monaco editor to version 0.54.0
  • Removed css hack for monaco editor

Wappler Extensibility

Wappler Account

  • Improved ordering and management of multiple licenses
