It’s probably a services tab to manage things like redis, traefik and any other external service that can be useful for your environment.
If the tabs are going to be tweaked, would it be possible to make them wider, or offer an option for this? Or perhaps the margins either side of the filename could be reduced a little.
The need to hover over these tabs to display the filename has been mentioned in a couple of feature requests in the past. Eg to make it easier to switch tabs and to avoid:
Ideally, the tabs would resize dynamically, to display the full filenames - and there would be some way to show a list of all open files (Visual Studio Code manages this very well).
