Is it possible to include the spinner in a button

What actually happens?
After including the spinner in the button, it should remain visible for use.
How to reproduce
Add a spinner to the button. It will be visible, but when you save the page, it will not appear in the preview, but it is still in the code.
When testing in the browser, the spinner's HTML tag disappears; it is not in the code.

It seems that nothing can be inside the <button> tag.
