@George you were right about stopping using an Admin account. I just wasn’t familiar with how Windows users settings works.
And it seems my problem was that I had UAC (User Account Control) disabled.
As I understand, that caused all my actions in the system processed with Admin privileges, even when it is not necessary.
I changed UAC settings to recommed default and since then all newly created projects work well with git.
As for already existing projects, I just make copies of project’s folders and then replace originals with these copies.
So, it seems like it all right now. Thank you for the right direction about this problem!
