I am curious why someone would go with Wappler over Vibe Coding w/ AI and some of the advantages and disadvantages of using Wappler and/or Coding w/ AI?

Wappler and vibe coding with AI take quite different approaches. With Wappler you get a visual builder plus full code control, no vendor lock-in, and tools to build both frontend and backend apps you can maintain and scale. The learning curve is steeper, but not that much now with the AI integration.
Vibe coding with AI is great for quick ideas or prototypes, but debugging can be very hard if you don’t really understand the generated code. Things can get messy fast, and there have already been many cases of hacked apps, exposed API keys, and other security issues from relying purely on AI output. Also you can quickly end up in a rabbit hole of fixes of fixes, and the project then gets messy fast.
Wappler’s own AI is specifically trained for Wappler components and workflows, and follows best practices and security standards, so you get the benefits of AI, but in a much safer and more reliable environment.

The better question is why would you go with Vibe Coding over Wappler?
Wappler gives me 100% control over 100% of the aspects of 100% of my projects. I can do exactly what my employer wants/needs - not what AI thinks I want. It means to me that I have a job that I can easily accomplish my employer’s requests/needs without limits of AI.

To be very frank, while using or before using the #GOAT Wappler, I’ve tried or tried to try almost every possible visual full-code/ no-code editors, app & web builders which is available in Google search result .
But……
