I tested it and was able to reproduce, it happens when adding a new validation rule. The picker comes under the validator dialog.

Yes, the options showing behind the Validate Data main windows is happening to me also in 2.5.4 using a Mac, However you can drag the top window away to show the validate choices. Thats the way I’m using as a work around at the moment.

@Patrick can confirm the issue is there on Mac.
