I am yet to download wappler, I get a new laptop this weekend and am waiting for that.
I wanted to know if wappler can take care of user management / login / security etc?
Is there a basic boilerplate feature where I can start a new project with all that already done?
Or must I create my own boilerplate?

No, there isn't. You will need to create it on your own. But there is good documentation for that.
I highly recommend the courses at this link as well.
I guess creating a boilerplate for myself will be a good first project anyway.
These docs are not very good.
The first link tells you to setup the login security in a way that doesn’t actually work, it leads to a dead end as you get to the second link, I figured it out by finding others who had the same issue and had to redo what the first link told me to do.
Now I get to the 3rd link, Argon2 Secure Hashes, and right away in step 1 I am told to jump before I have been told how to crawl. I am told how to edit a part I haven’t been instructed to create yet.
I guess those docs aren’t supposed to be a linear tutorial?
