when i try to upload images on cPanel hosting I'm getting that error. works great locally.

Check this:
Remember after toggle enable debug to upload your files where the config is made, so you can see debug on your live server

debug doesn't work for me on my live server on namecheap. it only works locally on my pc. one my pc uploads works fine

this one is fixed all! all I did was change the node version on the server back and forth and restart.
