But then you don;t need the medium editor. It should be used to insert data into the database, in some inser or update record forms, and has nothing to do with inserting elements on the page in Design View. Inserting image is really easy in Wappler using the properties panel. Click the image element and browse for its source:

You should not be getting a broken image. Are you sure the image you are pointing to is inside the folder your site is setup?
