Update multi reference table without any other columns

I’m unable to have a a ‘database update’ action where I’m ONLY updating a multi ref table.
It would be amazing if this is possible, as I would love to rely on the features you guys have build for these multi ref and subtables. They seriously simplify things.

Error: "Empty .update() call detected! Update data does not contain any values to update. This will result in a faulty query. Table: products. Columns: ."

When I add any normal column in the update, it does work:

Shouldn’t you be selecting the linked_courses linked tables and not the product table in in the UPDATE table selector?

Yes you'd think so, but the team has done some magic which allows us to skip some steps here...

You can see the table fields have been imported. We also want to update the attendees so we need to add the attendees sub table. Open the add column dropdown:

And select the attendees sub table:
