I get this error at the update moment . I think us my NPM version any suggestion?

Your NodeJS version is too old, install at least NodeJS 18

How? I even dont know how I setup on first time.

Are you using Windows? Go to NodeJS website and download the installer, hopefully it works

I am on OSX

Try this installer:
https://nodejs.org/dist/v20.10.0/node-v20.10.0.pkg

Then you need to close and open Wappler again
