Wow, these are quite the changes. To be honest I am quite (not sure what word to use?) Concerned? Overwhelmed? As a senior citizen that is self taught all this change in terminology confuses me. Are we moving the client/user base to a more professional level, moving a away from the low code arena?
Questions that come to mind for me on the set up:
1: Can you still publish/deploy using straight FTP?
2: What is your development database is your live database?
3: My main project has hundreds of Server Connect files all organized into folders so I can find them quickly. Doesn't look like that is supported.
4: Is backward compatibility taken into consideration?
Overall, it's more professional looking and will likely attract more knowledgable coders at the risk of pushing some of us low code users away. Perhaps once we get to try it out, my personal concerns will be lessened.
