Unable to login using a Google Account

Hi, I just subscribed for the PRO version for an individual, and downloaded the proposed version on your website.

I am working on an Apple MacBook M1, latest macOS.
So drag and drop application from DMG…

When I open the application it asks me in “Spanish” although I live in Croatia the username/email address, which I enter.
Then my password. I am using my google account, but her just give me the message: An error has occurred and asks me to login again.

So there is no way for me to get in the application at all, and use my subscription of 40+ EURO.

I updated my GMAIL password, and verified it for correct working. I verified the SPAN folders, but no anomalies or errors

Please use the forum username and password used here to login in Wappler

Google is unfortunately restricting the apps logins more and more.

Problem is that this also my google account… :slight_smile:

And it is the one I took my subscription on.

OK, will try to find another way then.

Is there a possibility to move the subscription that I have on the Google Account to another account (non-Google) ?

You can just enter a password here in your forum account profile and login with it like a regular username/password login.
