Unable to Launch Docker in Catalina

I completed a successful install of Mac OS Catalina. I tried launching Docker unsuccessfully.

This is a screenshot of the message that I received when launching Docker. Note that under Mac Security & Privacy “.Python” does not appear.

Next, I press the “Cancel” button which generates the following.

Note: Only after you depress cancel does “.Python” appears in the Security & Privacy settings of the Mac. Pressing “Allow Anyway” does not clear the security restriction. You can press the “Allow Anyway” multiple times with no success.

Installing Catalina so early can cause also other Problems with 32 Bit Apps. Maybe worth to wait some weeks, as this wont be your last error
