That is exactly what I have to do - which is what I wish to eliminate. I use Sourcetree.
For DB files (target folder and app folder), its changes made by Wappler. Otherwise, its changes made by me/user.
To clarify, who made the change is neither important nor the point of this post.
The requirement is to just show actual file names, along with the count which is already shown.
