Unable to find Security Provider Enforcer - NodeJS

Hi,
I am new to wappler using NodeJS to create a test login-dashboard-logout web app on Windows.
I am unable to find the security provider enforcer to restrict access to dashboard if no user is logged in.
Please advise

Thanks. Problem resolved.

However, the tutorial says to " Select App and click the Select Server Action in the Server Side Data options". This option is not available in 3.0.1.

I went to Routing option on left pane, selected the file, goto properties and then select “Action” to add the server action.
