When clicking on:
An error appears, couldn't take picture of that (something like, please open an html file first) and then black screen appears on top of everything:
This on log:

It seems that this happens when your active tab is not a page
Good catch, in many tours we already open specific pages with prepared samples to run the tour. Will strengthen the requirements indeed.
