Theme Manager Custom Bootstrap 5?

Does the Theme Manager not work with Custom Bootstrap 5 configurations? Ie, Frameworks, Bootstrap 5, Custom…? Or is it only usable with ‘stock’ local configurations?

The theme manager only works with Bootstrap local version.
