try closing wappler and reopening? there will be an icon in the task bar that also has to be closed to restart
I've done that, and I've also restarted the entire system.
It doesn't change anything.

Maybe the half popup is pulled to the top?
There's an option under config called reset panel sizes what about clicking that?

I couldn't find the button, but you were right.
Half the popup was shifted all the way to the top.
It's working again now.
