My host server keeps refusing to allow Wappler FTP server to accomplish a full session of uploads and synchs
My error says that Wappler was trying to open up more than 8 sessions at a time – to speed up things
My unlimited setting for FileZilla never got this error.
How can we set the maximum sessions Wappler FTP opens in a sync or upload situation?
To be able to confine the maximum number of concurrent connections Wappler FTP makes is an absolute requirement.
I haven’t found Forum topics on this.
Now I have de-selected ACTIVE in the ftp target settings and I am getting a consistent connection.
I assume this means ACTIVE is the opposite of PASSIVE
But Wappler FTP should offer these adjustments
You can set all ftp options you want in Wappler global settings and then FTP
Per target you can choose indeed ftp type “active” or not (passive) depends on how your server wants it. If you choose the wrong one - limiting the number of connections won’t help you.
I found this yesterday. Yes, I saw the parallel connections allowed.
