Summernote url image path store in db

Dear all,

i am using summernote in a blog entry . I can successful upload the image upload via the sever action call. So currently i am using 2 server actions. One to create the new blog entry , and one to upload the summernote image to the server. I want to save to the blog database the url of the saved summer note image . How can i do this?
