Subscription - keeps disappearing

I selected the pro subscription on the 8th and this morning I had to restart Wappler, now it saying I have no valid subscription. So I went into my account and noticed that my payment failed, however when I processed it on the 8th it was approved.

Do I need to call my bank to allow the purchase? Also it appears Wappler Wallet is not working for me either.

Hello, your payments (subscription and add funds to wallet) failed as your bank declined them. Better contact your bank and check this issue with them.
