Structure panel refreshes too much

Maybe v7 could improve its structure refresh logic.

It is really frustrating to move an element, only to have to go find it again.

Stop Auto Collapsing Tree and Add Open All/Close All

In the App Structure the automatic closing of the tree is super frustrating. I end up having to spend a lot of time re-opening branches because I changed something up the tree. Honestly, I don't understand why auto-closing happens at all. Also, a way to open all/close all below every element would be great. Quick Video - Recording #9 H.
