Data picker should be available to select a dynamic URL in the ‘Support Url’ field as it is in the ‘Url’ field below it

Data picker is not visible for the field in question, see image below.
How to reproduce
Select a Stripe ‘Create Account’ Server Action then scroll to ‘Support Address->Support URL’
