Stackpath is blocking my Database Connection

Hi there everyone,

I have recently switched to Stackpath to handle CDN and connections to Siteground my hosting provider - which also holds the MySQL databases that Wappler connects to.

Everything was working before I setup the Stackpath connection and now the database connector is timing out (500), I’m not sure what specific values I should change to allow Wappler to see through the CDN back to the host. If anyone has had experience in setting up Stackpath, I would appreciate the help.

Follow up, I have tried opening my remote mySQL connections to the Stackpath provided IP and URL’s - and then I’m testing the database connection in Wappler and it keeps failing, would I need to point the server address to the CDN provided URL or keep it as my hosted url?
