Set value step: Warn if both name and global name are empty

Why would you want a warning? You may want to only have a global name set, which has been introduced in the last few updates as an option.

Screenshot above, both name and global name are empty - this Set Value action does absolutely nothing, hence the warning. The warning is for when both fields are simultaneously empty
