Set Value: Display issue with `Define Schema` button for Data type of Array/Object

Problem description

In the Set Value step, when selecting Array/Object, the Define Schema button does not appear due to display refreshing issue.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a Set Value step.
  2. Specify name and select Array/Object for Data Type.
  3. No Define Schema button shown.
  4. Click to a different step.
  5. Click back to the new step.
  6. Define Schema button is shown.

Fixed in v 3.9.2.
