Thanks Brian, I think it would be in everyone’s interest to have a fully native solution. The schema can be auto generated in the existing API step so I’m sure it wouldn’t take too much for them to do the same from a JSON file. It’s doing roughly the same thing but from a local path rather than a URL

In the API Action step, when you go set the schema, there's an ability to automatically infer the schema from the API response, correct? Similarly, you can manually paste some JSON and run the parser, and it'll automatically generate the schema, right?

Well, I want that JSON parser for the Set Value step then, so I can paste an example JSON, run the parser and it builds a Wappler schema

I get that Teodor but that is still static, what we really need is the ability to set a dynamic schema by passing a data set to this and having the schema built from the data automatically. Bit like is done manually with the api step when clicking generate schema.
That would open up so many possibilities
