When I create a new project using one of the templates that project shows an image in the project browser. However, if I create a blank project it just says blank. How to I add an image to a blank project, or change the image for a template?

To create a thumbnail of your project
1: Open a page from your project (usually home page but doesn’t have to be)
2: Click on the camera icon in the toolbar
