What does mean when your service status led is a circle half green half empty? Can’t find it in the documentation.

What’s the difference between this and full green circle? I’ve seen this one on your documentation of docker. I thought something was wrong with my environment cause that.
I have always thought, but never really checked that full circle means database AND web server running.

Yes indeed half circle means web server running without database.
