Now I see. you need to drop specifically on execute section below the text. If you dont drop there is not added. For UI is not common that on doble click add them to the en of the flow??? Or drag and drop to any of the other panel space and add to the end? Only suggestion.
Well this panel is really useful when you are using the new flow editor introduced in Wappler 6.

Yes, you can just drag steps from the left panel in the flow editor.
