Send Mail not working

Hi, need a bit of help with send mail component.
I’ve followed the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MxP_7Ph1Cew&ab_channel=Wappler on how to send an email, but it doesn’t work.

Basically, I’m trying to send a confirmation email for an appointment when the form is completed. The form is completed and stored in the database, but the email confirmation is not sent.
I’ve tried to use developer tools in google chrome while the form is completed, after completion there are no errors.

I’ve also tested my smtp service at https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test that works.
Don’t really know where it’s going wrong.

After Debugging, this is what I’m getting. Not sure what it’s supposed to mean.

Tick the Output checkbox in the Send mail step, to see if it gives you any additional information

Remember to untick it after the problem is solved

Tried that, no changes on the program.
Debugged it as well, still no errors.

Try changing the port to 465. 587 is a non-SSL port but you’ve ticked to use SSL.

@hamza_koya merhaba , sunucu tarafindaki log’lari inceleyerek sorunu daha hizli cözebilirsin . Wappler da eposta gonderiminde ben sorun goremedim . Gayet guzel calisir durumda . Destege ihtiyacin olursa herzaman burdayim kolay gelsin.

Hello @hamza_koya, you can solve the problem faster by check the logs on the server side. I did not see any problem in sending e-mail on Wappler. It’s in pretty good working . If you need support, I’m always here.
