Save Update Channel per project

When opening a project, the Extensions Update Channel should be set to the previously selected value.

For more global Wappler options, might be useful to also have a project setting. Like for git credentials and the upcoming database naming conventions settings.

So we are thinking to duplicate those per project as well.

So the global options are used normally, but can be overwritten with project options.
