Expected behavior
When I use the S3 Upload Control element to upload a file, the
% completedisplay should reasonably accurately reflect how much of the file has uploaded.
Actual behavior
It goes almost immediately to 100% and then just waits there until the file has actually loaded.
Best seen by uploading quite a large file on a non fibre internet connection which only has 0.6Mb upload speed as much of the world still has!
