Hi,
I was trying to set up a new project and I set up a site on IIS with port 87. On Wappler, I got the above error.
Even though I was able to save this and publish files successfully, it did not allow to create a new database connection, saying connection failed.
Running the URL on Chrome made things a bit clear - Restricted Port.
If Chrome is the reason for the error in Wappler, the error message needs to be fixed.
