I use Corel Paintshop Pro X6 for photo editing purposes and Fireworks for easy creating graphics for my web pages.

I looked at the Affinity demo videos and this program seems to have a lot of tools I need to do the job.

SVG seems to have a lot off opportunities too but I don’t see direct applications yet. Keep on the good work !

Yeah, I second Affinity Designer although it’s more of an Adobe Illustrator competitor than a Fireworks competitor. It doesn’t have states or timelines, for instance.

I also like designing logos and simple SVG’s with Adobe XD. XD is free now and getting better all the time.
