Remove Break Properties heading

Problem description

Remove heading just like the End step.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a Break step.
  2. See panel with heading but no properties to set.

I would love to help you. but you have lost me when you mention Break Properties and End step.

Please help me to understand the problem.

Click on the Break step.
View the Properties panel where it has a heading.
Click on the End step.
View the Properties panel where it has no heading.
