After installing Wappler 7.3.6, I was facing this issue. But I just restarted my Mac and Redis server is running now. If it’s a bug please fix it or if it’s not then it’s okay 
Basically the issue was Redis was already running and Wappler attempted to start it again
I'm guessing it's a bug because Wappler failed to identify Redis was already running. If it happens again let us know
Meanwhile, you can also terminate the Redis process in the task manager to allow Wappler to start it again (I guess - I'm not familiar with this new Redis feature)
I think probably the previous Redis server wasn’t properly closed on Wappler close/project switch/wappler restart
