I am not familiar with Bubble except for what I have read here. The impression I get is that Bubble vs Wappler is to be compared to a Tram vs Bus.
A tram has fewer controls and leads to one destination. In other words, no freedom.
A Bus, with more controls, can be led to many destinations. Unfamiliar drivers may require a map (instructions) to get to the end point.
In your case, I would start with designing the database. You would most likely want tables for users, moderators, questions and answers. Once the database is in place, Wappler will more or less do the rest. Specific problems can always be posted here.
