Not sure if it’s a bug or if this should be a feature request.
The colors set in the theme manager doesn’t show up in other places of the ui, like when setting the color of a button. See:
It’s not a bug. The properties panel shows the standard Bootstrap colors - that is how it currently works. This may be improved in the future.

.. or one of the Bootswatch themes if selected. The issue of the colour pickers not matching colours defined in custom themes was discussed long ago - before Theme Manager was added to Wappler. I'm not sure if a feature request was created but it would be a really useful feature.
