Project Settings: Server Type Docker vs. Wappler Local Server

Dear all

In Project Settings I select Server Type Docker and no Database Options are shown - why? I thought Docker is like your virtual everything:

When I switch Server Type to Wappler Local Server I have the option to define a database file, see here:

So should I just as standard select Wappler Local Server in Server Type? What is the difference to Docker which was my preffered option so far?

Hi Thomas,

Are you sure about this? Don’t forget you have to scroll down

Stick with Docker, it’s easier to get started when using a database other than SQLite :slight_smile:
