Project Folders List Open By Default

When I open my projects panel to select another project the pop up is empty (scared the crap out of me first time). I like to keep all my projects neatly organized in folders. Is it possible we can have a setting or have these folders list open by default?

I know it’s a little thing and very low priority.

I think it would also be useful if the default folder was the last one which was open. (When I suggested this before, I was the only one who voted, so perhaps it’s not a popular idea.)
