Problem Panel shows incorrect problem

For the Problems Panel to show actual problems

This is a hidden field that should not have a meaningless label

I get several warnings regarding form field labels. Mostly on search forms and others that don't need a label. It's just a warning and I don't know how to add an invisible label, so I ignored it.

Thanks for reporting! Will improve the validation rule for this one.

@brad do report all invalid warning so we can fix them, that is the purpose of the whole testing.

Ok, I will post a couple examples here and you can decide if it's valid or not. But I suspect they are valid warnings. The label is kept off on purpose to save room.
